Launch of Long Horizons: An Exploration of Art + Climate Change

On Monday 15th Feb I attended the launch of Long Horizons:

"A collection of personal reflections about art, artists and climate change" commissioned by the British Council and curated by Julies Bicycle.

The book of essays contains contributions from:

Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change, Ed Milliband (below), spoke at the launch and author Jay Griffiths gave a lyrical recitation of her essay.

This is yet another example of leadership from both the British Council and Julies Bicycle in the cultural / climate change arena. I will blog about issues raised in specific essays in the coming weeks.
